Cabopino
Cabopino has a wonderfully picturesque marina offering a range of good quality restaurants and bars directly in front of a lovely sandy beach. Cabopina has many well-established, residential complexes surrounding and overlooking the marina. The hillside behind the marina comprises of more exclusive residence including townhouses and private villas. The hillside area is close to the golf course and is surrounded by an umbrella of pines and cork oaks, creating an ambience of peace and tranquillity together with a host of amenities all within easy reach.
Benahavis
Nestled in the mountains, 500 metres above sea level, Benahavis is a wonderfully picturesque village. Located between Marbella and Estepona and 7 kilometres inland from Gaudalmina Golf Course, the drive up to the village boasts glorious views of the whole coast. Lying between the Sierra de Palmerita and Sierra Bermeja mountains and crossed by three rivers, this charming white-washed village is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation of pines, chestnuts and corn oaks. The village has become very popular in recent years, with several new developments offering quality apartments and penthouses, quaint Moorish style townhouses and magnificent villas. There are many wonderful bars and the highest concentration of high-class restaurants in the region can be found in Benahavis. With it being such an “arty” village there are many galleries to be found. The village also offers some great priced boutiques and a number of gift shops, but if it’s larger shops you are after, then only a short drive away you will find a huge selection of superb shops and commercial centres in both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Benahavis is truly a remarkable mountain village with so much to offer.
Bahia de Marbella
Only 3km east of Marbella this luxurious beachside development offers high quality apartment complexes and sumptuous detached villas built on generous plots. Bahia de Marbella is ideally located close to the beach, the Costa del Sol hospital, hotels, restaurants and a variety of superb golf courses including Marbella Golf and Country Club, Santa Clara, Santa Maria and Rio Real. Only a short drive away from Marbella centre and the commercial centre La Cañada, Bahina de Marbella is the perfect place for starting a new life on the coast or for a well appointed holiday.
Hacienda Las Chapas
Hacienda Las Chapas is a prestigious and highly sought after urbanisation located to the east of Marbella and only a few minutes drive from Cabopino, Elviria and some of the coast’s well-known golf courses and blue flag beaches. The area is home to some of the most exclusives villas and most properties boast wonderful Mediterranean Sea views. Las Chapas comprises of only luxurious villas and no apartment complexes or high buildings. Elviria

El Rosario
El Rosario is a private, small and exclusive residential area, located only 10 minutes from central Marbella and 40 minutes from Malaga airport. El Rosario comprises of everything from townhouses, bungalows and villas. Popular with the Spanish and Germans, the area offers excellent facilities including a bakery, a handful of bars and quality restaurants, beach bars and clubs open to residents all year round, not to mention the well-known Santa Clara Golf Club and Marbella Golf & Country Club. The area is ideal for families with children as The English International College, one of the coast’s leading private schools, is located in El Rosario itself.
Los Monteros
Los Monteros is one of Marbella’s distinguished developments. Situated to the east and comprising of luxurious properties and a fabulous sandy beach, Los Monteros runs adjacent to the prestigious golf urbanisation of Rio Real, home to Rio Real Golf Hotel & Golf Course and The Incosol Hotel. Many of the well-established, stunning villas were purchased or built years ago by affluent German and Spanish generations. Los Monteros offers 24 hour security and total privacy and, is one of the coast’s most sought after areas.
Rio Real
Rio Real is home to the exclusive Hotel Rio Real Golf offering a first-class wellness centre, golf course, academy and clubhouse. The residential area, located in Torre Real, is situated on the beachside of Rio Real nestled in the hillside with views of both the golf course and Mediterranean Sea. Torre Real has a low density of residential complexes and detached homes, making it quite an exclusive area to live. Cascada de Camojan
Situated in arbella on the eastern foothills of La Concha mountain, Cascada de Camojan offers amazing views to the straits of Gibraltar and on a typically, clear day, Africa. Camojan is a stylish, tranquil, low density, residential area located above the Golden Mile and bordering Sierra Blanca. Grand properties sit on elevated plots boasting amazing views. Sierra Blanca takes its name from the Sierra Blanca mountain range towering above the urbanisation. Its privileged location offers breath-taking views from all directions. Situated 300 metres above sea level, it is easy to see Gibraltar and North Africa from it’s wonderfully, elevated position. Sierra Blanca has many affluent residents living in this exclusive area, dominated by grand and luxurious mansions spanning 1.000m2 or more. Nagüeles
Surrounded by natural beauty and panoramic sea and mountain views, located above the Golden Mile, Nagüeles is home to a large number of German and Austrian aristocrats. Lomas de Marbella Club
Above the Hotel Puente Romano and located just off The Golden Mile, Marbella Club is a charming Andalucían village. The Golden Mile
Stretching from Marbella to Puerto Banus its name says it all. The New Golden Mile
Sitting on the stretch of coastline between San Pedro and Estepona, The New Golden Mile is a high quality beachside resort offering a wide range of facilities including the Marriott Vacation Club and other leading hotels – Las Dunas, The Kempinski, The Crowne Plaza and The Selenza and Thalasso Spa. Situated on the beachside The Golden Mile features modern apartments and penthouses with superb sea views.
Puerto Banús
Puerto Banus is famous for its cosmopolitan marina, and impressive yachts and expensive cars. This glitzy, glamorous, port offers an array of international restaurants and bars, designer boutiques and shops including El Corte Ingles, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Cartier, Fendi, Burberry, Jimmy Choo, and Bulgari. With beach clubs such as Ocean Club and Buddha Beach together with night clubs such as Olivia Valere, Pangea and Suite del Mar, there is something to suit all age groups. Puerto Banus is a magnet for the famous and elite but is also hugely popular with golfers and families. In the marina accommodation is limited to luxury apartments and penthouses offering interrupted, wonderful, views. During the height of the summer the port is a hive of activity but during other times of the year, Puerto Banus offers a sought after address and is conveniently located on the coast.
Nueva Andalucía
Nueva Andalucia is a large residential area situated behind Puerto Banus offering a host of quality restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and commercial centres. Residents enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure facilities including the elite Manolo Santana Raquets Club. The area is often referred to as “Golf Valley” as it offers a variety of splendid golf courses, in particular Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha Golf. Nueva Andalucia is popular with families as the area has good schools and international colleges. Aloha
Aloha is a residential area popular with both golfers and residents, situated in Nueva Andalucia and close to Las Brisas. Aloha has an international blend of residents and is home to Aloha Golf Club. El Madroñal

This elite neighbourhood is protected by 24 hour security, via six gated entrances. This is the ultimate in luxury living boasting fabulous, panoramic, views. La Zagaleta
